Is Telemedicine Suitable for My Condition?
While telemedicine is suitable for many common medical conditions, some conditions require an in-person examination or immediate emergency care.
Before booking a teleconsultation, patients are encouraged to contact our clinic via WhatsApp for a quick assessment. Our team will help determine whether your condition is suitable for telemedicine.

How Our Telemedicine Process Works

To facilitate the registration process, please provide consent to share your personal information with us
Ensure the required fields are filled out during registration. Once tele-consult confirmed, the doctor will reach out to you for the tele-consult
A clinic staff will contact you pertaining to:
- Initial screening of your medical condition to ascertain suitability of teleconsult
- Your availability to conduct tele consult
Once tele-consult is
completed ,depending on your payment method , the clinic staff would charge you for the consultation and the
medication after confirming with you.
Medication will be arranged and delivered to you within four hours after the consultation. You will also receive the invoice and medical certificate (if applicable) via email
